Event Request

This form must be completed for all events that request attendance from the Spring Fire Department. The request must be submitted at least 21 days prior to the event date. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee our attendance. Your request will be reviewed, and a member of our staff will contact you to discuss it further. Time slots will vary based on availability and the type of event. Please be aware that the Spring Fire Department is a working fire station, and there may be delays, early departures, or cancellations due to emergencies.

Additionally, the Spring Fire Department does not participate in events involving flowing water. Directing hose streams at people poses significant health and safety risks, and impacts our emergency response system. We prioritize the safety of our citizens and therefore do not conduct such activities at public events.
