On Friday, December 7, Spring Fire Department firefighters boxed up the food donated by the Spring community and loaded it into Engine 72.
On Thursday, crews from all nine Spring Fire Department stations joined the SFD Honor Guard in saluting President George H.W. Bush as he took his last journey across his beloved Texas to his final resting place at Texas A&M University.
Early Thursday afternoon, the train carrying the former President will roll through Spring en route to President George H.W. Bush’s final resting place at his presidential library at Texas A&M University. The Spring Fire Department Honor Guard and firefighters will pay tribute along the train’s path.
On Saturday, December 1, the Spring Fire Department recognized firefighters who have gone ‘above and beyond’ the call of duty at the 2018 Banquet held at the Spring Reception Hall.
